激光快速成型防氧化真空系统设计

【摘要】 钛及钛合金具有很强的氧化性,在空气中加工时极易氧化,导致零件作废。根据钛合金激光快速成型试验所需的工作条件,设计了一套用于防氧化的真空系统。详细介绍了对真空系统的设计过程,包括真空室材料选择和结构设计,真空获得设备的选型,送粉系统以及真空室内三维工作台的结构设计。

【Abstract】 The titanium and the titanium alloy have much strong oxidability. So they are easy to be oxidized while processing in the air,and causing the components become invalid. According to the work condition of titanium alloy laser rapid prototyping experiment,a vacuum system is designed for anti-oxida-tion. The designed process for vacuum system was introduced in details,including material choices and structural design for the vacuum chamber,equipment choices for the pumping system,system of powder feeding as well as the 3-D worktable structure design in vacuum chamber.
