光学成像仪箱体的结构模态影响因素分析
Factors influencing optical imager cabinet structure mode analysis
【摘要】 机械结构的模态是其最本质的力学特征,是结构设计重要的参考量。影响模态结果的因素很多,各种因素的影响又不是孤立的,而是相互联系相互制约的。通过对运动方程的研究,简化模态参数的产生过程,使用简单的运动学方程揭示模态的本质,并以此为基础,得出影响模态的两个主要因素。结合实际工程中的结构体有限元模型,通过模型的仿真结果,分析了这两个主要因素影响的过程,并通过仿真分析对其验证。结果对结构设计具有指导意义,并且对大幅提高设计效率有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 The mode is the essential characteristic of mechanical structure and is an important reference quantity of structural design.There are varieties of factors that can affect the mode,and all of these factors are not isolated but interact on one another.It the kinematical equation has been studied to simplify the process of mode generate that used to reveal the essence of the mode,and based on it,two important elements have been attained.Combined with a practical FEM simulation result of a structure,the process of effecting was analyzed,and eventually verified by the simulation result.The obtained result can be taken as guidance in structural design and might offer a reference to improve design efficiency.
