【摘要】 给出了挂面包装及自动送纸、自动割纸及其刷浆的设计。因松枝运动是间歇性的,所以自动送纸的动力输入原价为步进电机,利用步进电机控制进给辊的转动,采用PLC设定脉冲书来控制不进电机的启动、停止和转动速度。采用程序控制不但简化了机械部分而且实现了运动的准确性和实时性,达到了自动化控制的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 It focuses on the design of the functions of automatic feeding papers,automatic cutting off and swabbing of sack filler for fine dried noodles.The propulsive inputting component for automatic feeding is magnetic stepping motor because the motion of sending papers is intermitted.The stepping motor controls the rotation of the push rolls.Its rotational speed and itself has been started and stopped by the setting of the pulse count using PLC.The mechanical elements have been simplified and both the exactness and real-time have been achieved due to the procedure control.更多还原
