【摘要】 创新设计了一款多功能病员输送装置,旨在危急情况下以最少人力、较轻便的结构,在多种路况下将伤者快速转移到安全区域。该装置主体由三块铝合金板块铰接,以直流电机为动力源,经蜗轮蜗杆减速器,带动两个机构实现从担架到推车再到轮椅的可逆机构变形,实现在不同路况下快速将伤者转移救援的目的。通过电机驱动六杆机构将担架变形为滚动推车;电机进一步使摆杆继续驱动横杠,带动十杆机构使前后两铝合金板块转动,从而变形为轮椅;辅加一四杆机构作为防护扶手。该装置设计巧妙,功能多样,轻便可靠,制作成本低廉,具有较好的市场推广和应用价值。

【Abstract】 A new type of multi-functional patient-transmitting device—succor and transfiguration robot designed creatively. The aimis to get labor-saving and easily operating in case of emergence for,transfering the wounded person quickly to the safe area in several road conditions. The main body of the stretcher is constructed by three aluminum alloy blocks which linked each by gemel. Takeing the DC motor as active energy,the two linkages through worm reducer is driven to realize the transfiguration from the stretcher to go-cart and then to wheelchair,so as to transfer and take care the wounded person in different road conditions. The motor drives the six-bar mechanism and so the stretcher transfer into rolling go-cart,then further drives the cross-rod,which rotates the ten-bar mechanism and makes the front and back aluminum alloy blocks rotates and the go-cart turns into wheelchair. A four-bar mechanism is added as the defend arm rest. This stretcher has the characteristics such is as smart design,multifunction,light weight,good reliability and low cost. etc.,so it is worthy of promsting the market application.
