【Abstract】 This paper introduces the abnormal wear phenomena of a helical gearing in an engine. According to the actual contacting conditions,the contact between the gearing pitch points is treated as the ellipsoidal contact with both curvatures,and the surface Hertz stress of the tooth is therefore calculated. This article researches the reasons for the abnormal wear phenomena of the tooth face,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward for slowing down the wearing in tooth face.更多还原
