一种新型正弦型非圆齿轮副的设计分析
Study on the Design Method of a New-style Sinusoidal Noncircular Gear
【摘要】 通过将正弦函数进行适当的变换,并将变换后的函数作为非圆齿轮副的转角关系,生成了一种新型的具有封闭、全凸、光滑性质的非圆齿轮副——正弦型非圆齿轮副。讨论了这种新型齿轮副的特征参数确定方法,节曲线的设计,传动比关系,以及节曲线周长计算方法。在此基础上,对正弦齿轮的变阶与变性形式的生成机理与设计方法进行了研究,得到了相应齿轮副的设计结果。通过在插秧机分插机构中的应用表明,该非圆齿轮副形式具有较高的理论与实际研究价值。
【Abstract】 Based on converting sine function to a suitable form and treating this function form as a rotation relationship,a new-style noncircular gear forms with convex,smooth and closed features,named sinusoidal gear is presented.The design method,transmission characteristics and the parameter of the pitch curve are discussed.Besides,the principle and design method of high-order and deformed-style of the sinusoidal gear pair are investigated.The shape of each gear pair is presented.At last,the usage of the sinusoidal gear on the transplanting mechanism is illustrated.
