基于四端网络法的指数形超声换能器性能分析
Performance Analyse of Ultrasonic Transducer With A Quarter Wavelength Composite Exponential Horn Based on Four-pole Network Method
【摘要】 由于超声换能器的性能参数对其功能有很大的影响,为了更好地研究超声换能器的整体性能,这里应用了四端网络法。超声换能器的性能参数包括连续性参数和离散性参数两种,而应用四端网络法可以把这些参数都囊括进来。这里从一种带有1/4波长指数形复合变幅杆的超声换能器出发,对其四端网络参数进行分析,导出了换能器的振型、应力分布函数、输入阻抗、频率方程和两端振速比,并通过实验验证符合工程要求,为下一步换能器的优化设计指明了方向。
【Abstract】 The performance paremeters of ultrasonic transducer greatly influence its function,so a four-pole network method is used. Overall performance of ultrasonic transducer can be better researched by this method. There are two types of performance paremeters of ultrasonic transducer namely continuous and discrete. These paremeters can be included in paremeters of four-pole network. Based on four-pole network method,performance paremeters and transfer characteristic equations of rotary ultrasonic transducer with a Quarter Wavelength Composite Exponential Horn are set up. Vibration mode,stress field function,input impedance,frequency equation and ratio of vibration velocities are derived. Moreover,the results are met with engineering demands through the experimental verification. Also,the further optimization of transducer will be studied by these resalts.
