平底摆动盘形凸轮机构运动误差分析计算
Calculation of Follower Motion Error for a Swing Flat Face Plate Cam
【摘要】 通过引入凸轮机构的压力角和凸轮法线长的概念,应用矢量分析的方法,给出了平底摆动从动件凸轮机构的理论凸轮轮廓的矢量方程和考虑凸轮法向误差的实际凸轮轮廓的矢量方程。研究了凸轮轮廓的法向误差与凸轮机构运动精度之间的关系,推导出了从动件摆角、角速度和角加速度误差的计算公式。分析确定了影响从动件摆角、角速度和角加速度误差的主要因素。指出了提高和改善凸轮机构的运动精度和性能的措施和途径,对于设计制造高精度凸轮机构具有重要的指导意义。
【Abstract】 The pressure angle and normal length of cam were introduced to derive the theoretical vector equations of cam profile of a swing flat face follower cam by vector analysis method.Further the vector equations of the cam profile were given considering the normal error of the cam profile.The relationship between the normal error and the follower motion errors for the cam was studied.The formulae for the angular error,velocity and of disdlaement,acceleration of the follower were derived.The key factors having influence on these errors of the cam were analyzed.Some useful measures were proposed to improve the cam motion precision and performance.
