轮辋滚压成形的数值仿真技术
The Numerical Simulation of Wheel Rim Roll Forming
【摘要】 滚压成形工艺是轮辋加工的主要成形工艺,在工程中得到广泛运用。基于有限元软件ABAQUS动力显式算法,对轮辋滚压成形数值仿真技术进行了研究,并讨论了加工过程中侧向力问题。运用和以往文献不同的建模方式,分析建模中单元选择、边界条件、加载曲线等关键问题,提出了适合轮辋滚压的数值仿真方法。仿真计算表明,轮辋滚压成形仿真结果与试验具有好的吻合性,且具有中心定位准确,计算效率高的特点,提高了工程适用性。同时侧向力研究表明,降低进给速度可以有效减小滚压侧向力。
【Abstract】 Roll forming technology is the main forming technology for wheel rim,and is widely used in production.Based on dynamic explicit algorithm of the FEM software ABAQUS the major work of this paper focuses on numerical simulation of wheel rim roll forming and discusses the lateral force during the roll forming process.This paper develops different modelling method from past researches,and proposes simulation method suitable for wheel rim roll forming through analysing key problems like choosing element,boundary condition and loading amplitude.The results of the simulation fairly agree with experiment,meanwhile,the simulation method has precise centre location and high calculation efficiency,and is more applicable in engineering.The research shows that decrease of feed rate has positive effect on reduction of lateral force.
