自熔式燃硫炉燃烧过程的数值模拟

【摘要】 以数值模拟自熔式燃硫炉燃烧室内湍流燃烧过程。考察不同过量空气系数α对出口组分摩尔浓度的影响,求出最佳过量空气系数α为1.6;通过对α为1.6时燃烧过程的速度场、温度场及组分浓度场分析,结果表明:自熔式燃硫炉中各组分混合效果不均匀,燃烧效果不理想,出口中含有较多对生产有害的S2、SO3气体。模拟结果为自熔式燃硫炉的改进提供参考。

【Abstract】 The turbulence combustion process in combustion chamber of self-fluxing brimstone furnace was simulated in this paper.The influence of excess air ratio on constituent molar concentration of outflow was reviewed and the optimum excess air ratio 1.6 for self-fluxing brimstone furnace was obtained.From the velocity field,temperature field and concentration field of combustion process under the excess air ratio 1.6,the results show that there are uneven mixing with burned constituent in the combustion chamber of self-fluxing brimstone furnace and a quantity of S2,SO3 bad for industrial production remain at the outflow of furnace.The results of numerical simulation provide information for ameliorating the self-fluxing brimstone furnace.
