【摘要】 危机管理对政府的执政能力和施政水平提出了更高要求,面对金融危机的冲击,我国地方政府应该以公共危机管理和治理理论为指导,以中央政策为依据,以服务和改善民生为基础,从信息预警、提高财政资金使用效率、完善社会保障体系、提高中等收入者比重、建立和完善多种公共危机管理体制等方面优化地方政府公共服务机制,才能更好地克服危机,保持地方经济、社会的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Crisis management has demanded a higher ruling ability and administration level of the government.Confronted with the financial crisis,our local authority should,under the guidance of public crisis management and control,depending on the central policy and based on serving and improving people’s livelihood,optimize its public service mechanism through setting information alert,increasing the efficiency of financial fund utility,improving social security system,raising the proportion of the middle-income group,establishing and improving various crisis management structures.Only by achieving this,can it deal well with the crisis,maintain the sustainable growth of local economy and society.更多还原
