某高层建筑基础选型及经济分析

【摘要】 由于高层建筑基础在整个建筑造价中占有一定的重要性,需对基础进行优化设计。结合工程实例,对该工程基础采用预应力高强管桩、钻孔灌注桩和筏形基础进行综合分析和评价。结果表明:钻孔灌注桩整体造价低,土方量小,无挤土效应,施工便捷,为最佳方案。

【Abstract】 Due to the importance of high-rise building’s foundation in the building cost,the foundation needs to be optimally designed.According to an example,prestressed concrete pipe pile,bored pile and raft founda-tion which will be used to be the foundation were comprehensive analyzed and evaluated in this paper.The re-sult demonstrated bored pile is the optimizing plan because of it has many merits such as the lowest cost and earthworks,no soil compaction effect,and convenient construction.
