【Abstract】 This paper points out that we can not emphasizes joint developing & sharing of literature resources so much as to ignore the intellectual property protection,no can we emphasize expansion of intellectual property protection so much as to obstruct joint developing & sharing of literature resources.The countermeasures of solving the main problem of intellectual property rights in joint developing & sharing of literature resources must not only comply with laws and regulations and protect intellectual property,but also take full advantage of the positive role of intellectual property law so as to ensure practicing joint developing & sharing of literature resources smoothly.更多还原
