淬火冷却过程控制中的新认识与新技术
New cognitions and techniques about control of quenching cooling process
【摘要】 列举了行业内关于油与水性介质中淬火冷却方面的8种错误认识和错误做法。简单介绍了四阶段理论和蒸气膜内气体的流动规律及其对工件冷却快慢与冷却均匀性的影响。采用这些新知识开发出了10项可用于控制淬火冷却过程的新认识和新技术。它们是:1.交界线借用技术;2.超前扩展点的诱导技术;3.倒立气体堆;4.工件正放与斜放的不同冷却效果;5.阻止交界线扩展的隔离堤技术;6.表面冷却过程的5种图线表述方法;7.外形对称的工件得不到具有相似对称关系的淬火冷却效果;8.两种蒸气膜厚度测试方法和测试结果对比;9.淬火介质的冷却特性曲线不是探棒表面的冷却信息;10.应当向用户提供介质的冷却特性信息。
【Abstract】 Firstly,eight wrong ideas as well as improper methods in the field of quenching when using quenchants like oil or water were presented.Then the four-stage theory,the law of gas flow in vapor blanket and their influence upon the cooling rate and evenness of work pieces were discussed.Ten new cognitions and techniques developed from the studies above to be used in the process of quenching cooling were presented as follows: 1.The technique of borrowing of demarcation line;2.The induction technique of the hyper-spreading spot;3.Upside down heap of gas;4.Different cooling effect for work piece placed in a straight way or an oblique way;5.The technique of isolation dike to stop demarcation line spreading;6.Five methodologies of sketches or curves of surface cooling process;7.No similar symmetrical quenching cooling effect can be attained for work pieces with symmetrical forms;8.Comparison between two measure methods for the thickness of vapor blanket and their results;9.Cooling curves of quenching media are not the cooling information of the surface of the test probe;and 10.Cooling information about quenching media should be presented to users.
