加热温度对X80弯管钢组织与性能的影响
Influence of heating temperature on microstructure and properties of X80 steel bends
【摘要】 利用热模拟试验方法研究X80感应加热弯管用钢850~1150℃加热温度下的组织与性能。结果表明,X80钢在二次加热及快速冷却条件下,其强度优于原材料;冲击吸收能量随着加热温度的升高而下降,其离散性相对原材料增大,但-20℃冲击检测结果仍能满足工程设计要求;试验材料在950~1050℃加热时,其组织主要为粒状贝氏体+少量铁素体,遗传了原材料细小晶粒的特性,可使材料获得优良的强韧性水平。
【Abstract】 Microstructure and properties of steel used for X80 induction bends were investigated at different temperatures(850-1150 ℃) by using hot simulation test.The results show that the strength of X80 steel treated by second heating and quickly cooling is greater than that of the raw steel,Charpy impact energy decreases with increasing of heating temperature,the discreteness increases,but the impact test result at-20 ℃ can meet the requirements of engineering design.Microstructure of the steel heated at 950-1050 ℃ is granular bainite and a little ferrite,the grain is also fine,strength and toughness of the steel are better.
