热锻温度对V-N中碳微合金钢组织和性能的影响
Effect of hot forging temperature on microstructure and properties of V-N microalloyed medium carbon steel
【摘要】 采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜等分析方法研究了热锻温度对V-N中碳微合金钢的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,提高热锻温度有利于钢中珠光体比例的增加,降低铁素体晶粒尺寸和减少珠光体片层间距,但不能改变析出相的大小和分布;随着热锻温度的提高,其硬度和强度增加,而韧性降低,在1200℃热锻时,屈服强度和抗拉强度分别达到840 MPa、1050 MPa。
【Abstract】 Effects of hot forging temperature on microstructure and properties of V-N microalloyed medium-carbon steel were studied by using the methods of optical microscope,SEM and TEM.The results show that increasing hot forging temperature can increase the percentage of pearlite,decrease the grain size of ferrite and lessen interlamellar spacing of pearlite,but it has little effect on the granularity and disperse of the precipitates.The strength and hardness are improved with increasing hot forging temperature,but the toughness is lowed.Hot forged at 1200 ℃,the yield strength and tensile strength reach 840 MPa and 1050 MPa,respectively.
