不同氮素累积量类型籼稻品种氮素吸收与分配特点

【摘要】 在水培条件下,分别以88个和122个国内外的籼稻代表品种为材料,测定植株的干物重(包括根系)、全氮含量及产量等,采用组内最小平方和的动态聚类方法对供试品种成熟期的氮素累积量进行聚类,分析不同氮素累积量类型品种间氮素吸收与分配的特点。结果表明:供试品种成熟期氮素累积量差异很大,可聚类为A、B、C、D、E、F等6类,类型间的差异均达到了显著水平。高氮素累积量类型籼稻品种氮素吸收与分配的特点为:①抽穗前、后吸收的氮素量大,抽穗后吸收的氮素比例较高,抽穗期氮素在根系中的分配比例低、在茎鞘叶中的分配比例高;②成熟期植株含氮率高,成熟期氮素在根系和穗中的分配比例较低、在茎鞘叶中的分配比例较高。

【Abstract】 In 2001 and 2002,88 and 122 conventional indica rice cultivars were solution-cultured respectively.Dry matter weight(including root system),nitrogen(N) content of rice plant and grain yield were measured to study the characteristics of N uptake and utilization in different N accumulation types of indica rice by using the MinSSw method based on their N accumulation at maturity.Tremendous difference of N accumulation at maturity of the cultivars used in this study was found,and the cultivars could be classified into 6 N accumulation types.Difference of average N accumulation at maturity among different types was significant.The characteristics of high N accumulation type cultivars were as follows: ①Having larger N accumulation before and after heading,higher N accumulation after heading to maturity,lower N distribution in root,higher N distribution in leaf,stem and sheath at heading;②Having higher entire plant nitrogen concentration at maturity,lower N distribution in root and panicle,higher N distribution in leaf,stem and sheath at maturity.
