非典型移线下半挂汽车列车横向稳定性
Lateral stability of tractor-semitrailer under non-typical lane-change
【摘要】 为研究半挂汽车列车横向操纵稳定性,建立半挂汽车列车系统动力学模型,进行了非典型工况下"S"移线的计算机仿真分析.揭示了半挂车侧倾角、横向加速度等运动参数相对牵引车的变化响应,并通过施加鞍座阻尼力矩来改善两车体间的相互作用及响应,从而提高系统的横向稳定性.仿真结果表明鞍座阻尼力矩对减小系统横摆振幅和摆振频率是有效的,为研究非典型工况下半挂汽车列车操纵稳定性提供了参考和借鉴.
【Abstract】 Considering the limitations of car′s handling stability methods used in tractor trailer,some new methods and improvement measures for handling stability of tractor trailer under non-typical working conditions were discussed.System dynamics model for tractor-semitrailer was established.’S’ lane-change under non-typical working conditions was simulated and analyzed.The responses to the changes of car′s body rolling angle and lateral acceleration in the relative tractor were revealed.The lateral stability of system was improved through the imposition of saddle damping moment.The simulation results show that it is effective to reduce yaw amplitude and shimmy frequency through damping torque.The reference for research on the handling stability of tractor-semitrailer under non-typical working conditions is provided.
