【Abstract】 The embryos of Punica granatum cv. Nana were used as explants to initiate calluses in the medium of MS+BA1+NAA0.2.The calluses with small buds were cultured in the medium of MS+BA0.5+NAA0.2 for the multiplication of sprouts.The shoots regenerated were rooted in the medium of 1/2MS+ NAA0.5+IBA0.5.The seedlings covered with plastic cups were tamed in the medium of pearlite for a short period and transplanted into soil as the terminal buds had sprouted.更多还原
