【Abstract】 We report the first construction of Monascus aurantiacus,AS3.4384 DNA library in plasmid pUC119 vector by using the insertion of Sau3AI partially digested fragments 2-4Kb in length.We get twenty thousand clones,which is useful as the basis for screening a series of genes likely belonging to biosynthesis pathway of citrine.We screen ubiquitin gene positive clones by Mixed-pool screening method.更多还原
