菱镁矿浮选特性研究

【摘要】 通过对菱镁矿单矿物动电位的测试以及单矿物的浮选试验,研究了在油酸钠或十二胺体系下六偏磷酸钠、水玻璃以及多种金属离子对菱镁矿单矿物可浮性的影响。结果表明,在油酸钠或十二胺体系中,六偏磷酸钠、水玻璃对菱镁矿具有一定抑制作用,在弱碱性条件下水玻璃抑制作用强,随着pH值升高,抑制作用减弱;金属阳离子使菱镁矿等电点向碱性方向移动,三价离子大幅度提高ξ-电位,在油酸钠或十二胺体系中,金属离子的添加在一定程度上均降低菱镁矿的回收率。

【Abstract】 The Electrokinetic potential measurement of Magnesite mono-mineral and its floatation experiments were carried out to investigate the effect of sodium hexametaphosphate,sodium silicate and several metal cations on the floatability of Magnesite mono-mineral under condition of sodium oleic acid and lauryl amine.The results indicated that sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium silicate showed an inhibiting effect on Magnesite under the same condition above.Sodium silicate can inhibit Magnesite float significantly on alkalescent condition,and with the increase of pH value,the inhibiting effect weakened.The isoelectric point of Magnesite shifted to be alkaline when metal cations were added,and ξ-potential was improved dramatically when using trivalent cations.The addition of metal cations can decrease the recovery of Magnesite to some extent when sodium oleic acid and lauryl amine are used.
