船用增压锅炉动态特性仿真研究
Research on Dynamic Characteristic Simulation of Marine Supercharged Boiler
【摘要】 船用增压锅炉是船用主锅炉发展的方向,为了满足船舶的性能需求,提高系统工作有效性,对船用增压锅炉动态特性的研究具有重要意义。对增压锅炉的蒸发区的数学模型进行的建构,并采用集总参数建模方法建立增压锅炉数学模型。根据某型船用增压锅炉的设计数据和所建立的数学模型,在时域上进行增压锅炉加负荷过程的动态特性研究,得出了增压锅炉内部各参数对燃油扰动的动态响应,通过仿真分析了船用增压锅炉的加负荷动态特性变化规律。证明研究为船用增压锅炉的设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 Marine supercharged boiler is the trend of the development of main boiler.It is very important to study the dynamic characteristics of the marine supercharged boiler to meet the performance demands of the ship.In this paper,the mathematical models for evaporation zone of the supercharged boiler are established,and the lumped parameter modeling method is used to establish the supercharged boiler model.According to the design data of a certain marine supercharged boiler and the mathematical model established above,research on the dynamic characteristics of the supercharged boiler is carried out during the adding load process in the time domain.The dynamic responses of the inner parameters in supercharged boiler model to the fuel disturbance are presented,and then the change rule of dynamic characteristics of adding load about the marine supercharged boiler is analyzed.Some reference is provided for the in - depth study of the marine supercharged boiler in this paper.
