催化重整全流程动态仿真
Dynamic Simulation of Catalytic Reforming Process
【摘要】 研究催化重整是石油炼制过程中复杂的工艺流程,为提高系统的稳定性和精度,针对过程进行动态仿真研究,将反应器、加热炉、分离罐作为单位操作工段,建立23元集总模型,保证模型精度较高,解决了求解时无限多个微分方程才能模拟反应过程的难题,并且采用LM法优化目标函数,使用部分迭代法中的龙格一库塔法(RK)计算求解。所建立的模型,正确反映单元的动态特性,从而为催化重整过程的设计、预测和优化提供有益的支持。
【Abstract】 Catalytic reforming is one of the most complicated processes in petroleum refining.Dynamic simulation procedure is concerned in this article which considered the reactors,heaters,separators as cell operation,a new kinetics model involving twenty-three components was built up to resolve the problem that countless differential equations were needed for the modeling of reacting process.Marquardt approach of objective function is implemented in optimization,while Range—Kuta(RK) approach of section iteration is applied for calculation.The model established accurately reflects the dynamic characteristics in unit operation,so as to provide useful supporting in forecast and optimize catalytic reforming.
