数控系统轮廓误差矢量模型及其应用
Contour error vector model and its application to CNC systems
【摘要】 为实现复杂三维空间曲线的交叉耦合控制并提高轮廓误差补偿精度,提出了一种新的轮廓误差计算模型,该模型利用数控插补器输出的刀位点和伺服系统的位置跟踪误差计算轮廓误差矢量。基于该模型,建立了由轮廓控制闭环和位置控制闭环构成的双闭环协同控制系统,实现了位置跟踪和轮廓补偿控制。通过仿真实验证明,双闭环控制结构可以明显提高数控系统的轮廓加工精度。
【Abstract】 To realize the Cross-Coupled Control (CCC) of complicated curve in three dimensions and improve the contour error compensation precision, a new contour error estimation model was proposed. By the model, the contour error vectors were computed with tool position points from the interpolator of Computer Numerical Control(CNC) and position tracking errors of servo systems. Based on the model, a collaborative motion control system composed of contour control loop and position control loop was put forward, the system implemented position tracking control and contour compensation control simultaneously. Simulation and experiments proved that the system with double closed loops could remarkably improve the contour machining precision of CNC system.
