【摘要】 本文探索了自主创新能力的构成要素,建立了企业自主创新能力评价指标体系以及企业自主创新能力的模糊层次评价模型。以机械制造行业为例,对我国16家企业的自主创新能力建设现状进行了实证研究,并针对这16家企业所出现的一些共性问题,如研发资金投入强度较低、抗风险能力较弱等提出了改善我国企业的自主创新能力建设的若干条政策建议及对策措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper explores the elements of independent innovation capability,establishes evaluation index system of enterprises’ independent innovation capability and Fuzzy-AHP evaluation model.Taking machine-manufacturing industry as an example,existing statuses of independent innovation capacity construction of 16 firms in China are examined empirically,and according to such common issues as low R&D investment intensity,weak anti-risk ability emerged for these 16 companies,some policy recommendations and countermeasures are proposed to improve the construction in independent innovation capability of Chinese enterprises.更多还原
