【摘要】 法治中的"人"可以分为两类:一类是广大的公民,这是法治的群众基础、社会基础;另一类是法律职业共同体,这是法治的技术资源、人才资源。两类主体的有效生成,都根植于高质量的法律教育。而目前的法律教育存在着逻辑误读,法律人才教育、法律职业教育遮蔽了法律国民教育、法律大众教育,事实上造成了法律人才培养的长足发展与国民法律教育裹足不前的失衡,这既是法律教育的内忧,也是法治主体有效生成的外患。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Human" in the rule of law can be divided into two kinds:one is the general citizens,which is the basis of mass and society.Another is the legal professional community,which makes the resources of technology and personnel of the law.The effective generation of the two kinds is rooted in the high quality of legal education.But there exists a logical misreading in the present legal education.National education and public education of law makes way for personnel education and professional education of law,which in fact causes the imbalance between the rapid development of legal personnel cultivation and national legal education.This is not only the inner trouble of legal education but also the outer aggression of the effective generation of the main rule of law.更多还原
