The wet-method for extracting arsenic from arsenic-rich anode slime waste water was treated by sodium sulfide and lime.The results showed that removal rate of arsenic in waste water was the highest when the Ca:As was 5:1.Leaching rate of reused waste water was the best with a little loss of lead and antimony when the Na2S:As was 5:1.Lime costs less than sodium sulfide,and is expected to become the first choice in engineering application.
