8位CISC微处理器的设计与实现
Design and implementation of 8 bit micro-controller
【摘要】 介绍了一种基于FPGA芯片的8位CISC微处理器系统,该系统借助VHDL语言的自顶向下的模块化设计方法,设计了一台具有数据传送、算逻运算、程序控制和输入输出4种功能的30条指令的系统。在QUARTUSII系统上仿真成功,结果表明该微处理器系统可以运行在100MHz时钟工作频率下,能快速准确地完成各种指令组成的程序。
【Abstract】 An 8 bit micro-controller is made,simulated and tested on QUARTUSII by means of a top-down and modular design method based on the integration of FPGA and VHDL.The micro-controller has 30 instructions which are divided into 4 categories of data transmission,arithmetic and logic operations,process control,input and output.The simulation result shows that the 8 bit micro-controller can implement the instructions correctly in the frequency range of 100 MHz.
