不同Sm含量SmCo合金的吸氢动力学行为研究
Study of Hydrogenation Behavior on Sm(Co,Fe,Cu,Zr)_z(z=5.0~7.4) Alloys
【摘要】 研究了成分为Sm(Co0.65Fe0.25Cu0.08Zr0.02)z(z=5.0,6.1,7.4)的合金在室温、1.0 MPa氢压及加热条件下吸氢动力学行为。结果表明:随着钐含量的增加,合金的饱和吸氢量增多,氢破后的粉末颗粒也更加细小均匀,合金的开始吸氢温度降低,从开始吸氢到吸氢饱和的温度范围变宽。
【Abstract】 The influence of temperature and H2 pressure on hydrogen decrepitation(HD) behavior for the Sm(Co0.65Fe0.25Cu0.08Zr0.02)z(z=5.0,6.1,7.4) alloys was investigated.It is found that with increasing Sm content the saturation hydrogen uptake increases and the powder becomes more uniform and smaller after hydrogen decrepitation.Moreover,the initial hydrogenation temperature decreases and the temperature range of hydrogen absorption expands with increasing the content of Sm.
