电脉冲退火对大块Nd8Fe87.5B4.5纳米复合磁体性能的改善

【摘要】 用注射压铸方法制造了直径为1.0 mm的棒状Nd8Fe87.5B4.5纳米复合永磁体,分别用电脉冲和传统等温退火方法对样品进行了均匀热处理,并用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)分析了样品的微结构。结果发现,经电脉冲方法退火的样品晶粒尺寸比用传统等温炉退火更规则更均匀,使jHc和(BH)m分别提高16.5%和13.4%。

【Abstract】 Nd8Fe87.5B4.5 bulk nanocomposite permanent magnets,in the form of rods with diameter 1.0 mm,have been prepared by injection die casting and treated by electropulsing and conventional isothermal annealing.The microstructures were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electronic microscopy(TEM).The grains of both α-Fe and Nd2Fe14B in samples annealed by electropulsing are more regular and uniform than that annealed by conventional isothermal furnace,which leads to the improvement of magnetic properties by 16.5% and 13.4% in jHc and(BH)m,respectively.
