机械合金化对CrW合金烧结及电烧蚀的影响
Effect of mechanical alloying on sintering and electric ablation behavior of CrW alloy
【摘要】 以机械合金化CrW粉末为原料,采用真空烧结制备CrW合金进行电烧蚀实验,并利用第一性原理计算了CrW固溶体电子态密度,探讨固溶对电烧蚀性能的影响规律。实验结果表明:球磨时间越长,烧结体CrW的固溶程度越高、平均耐电压强度越高,烧蚀面积越少;计算结果表明,随W固溶度的增大,CrW合金费米能级处电子密度下降,合金稳定性提高。
【Abstract】 CrW alloy was prepared by vacuum sintering using the powders milled for different time and the electric ablation experiments of the alloy were conducted in vacuum room.Meanwhile,the densities of states of CrW solid-solution was calculated by the first-principles calculation.The results show that the amount of CrW solid-solution increases with the increase of milling time and the area of breakdown pits decreases after vacuum breakdown tests,while the breakdown strength increases.The calculated result shows that the electron density of Fermi-level is lower and the stability of CrW alloy is higher when the solid solubility of CrW alloy increases.
