Ce和Sb及时效处理对Mg-Zn-Al系铸造镁合金组织的影响

【摘要】 利用SEM、X射线衍射等手段研究了微量元素Ce和Sb及时效处理对Mg-Al-Zn系铸造合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:Ce和Sb元素显著地细化了试验合金铸态组织,改善β相形貌及分布,并形成呈粒状弥散分布Mg3Sb2、Al11Ce3、CeCu6的新相;Mg-10Zn-2Al-1Cu+0.5%(Ce+Sb)试验合金的时效沉淀过程中弥散析出粒状、杆状析出相(Mg32(Al,Zn)49、Mg32Al47Cu7、Mg3Zn2、Mg3Sb2、CeCu6等),且其析出相的形成、析出速度和长大速度等都远远小于AZ91D合金,显示较好的时效强化效应。

【Abstract】 Effects of addition of Ce and Sb and aging treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-Zn-Al casting magnesium alloy were studied by SEM and XRD.The results show that the addition of Ce and Sb results in grain refinement of the as-cast Mg-Zn-Al alloy and improves the morphology and distribution of β-phase,and granular phases of Mg3Sb2,Al11Ce3 and CeCu6 dispersively distributed in the alloy are observed.The precipitation process of Mg-10Zn-2Al-1Cu alloy containing 0.5%Ce and 0.5%Sb during aging is as follows: supersaturated solid solution(SSSS)→precipitation of granular,disciform and rod-shaped phases of Mg32(Al,Zn)49,Mg32Al47Cu7,Mg3Zn2,Mg3Sb2,and CeCu6.The precipitation process of Mg-10Zn-2Al-1Cu alloy is much slower than that of AZ91D alloy.
