X100管线钢连续冷却转变的显微组织

【摘要】 采用热模拟技术和显微分析方法,对X100管线钢在连续冷却转变下的显微组织的变化规律进行了研究。通过X100管线钢CCT曲线的建立和组织分析表明:当冷却速度低于0.2℃/s时,组织类型以多边形铁素体(PF)为主。在0.5~10℃/s的冷却速度范围,主体组织为准多边形铁素体(QF)和粒状铁素体(GF)。当冷却速度大于20℃/s,组织以贝氏体铁素体(BF)为主。大于50℃/s的冷却速度,将形成马氏体(M)。

【Abstract】 Microstructure in a continuously cooled X100 high strength pipeline steel was investigated by means of heat simulation technique on a Gleeble-1500 simulator,optical microssope(OM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that the microstructure of X100 high strength pipeline steel is mainly composed of polygonal ferrite(PF)when the cooling rate is lower than(0.2 ℃/s.) Quasi-polygonal ferrite and granular ferrite(QF+GF)prevails in the steel with the cooling rate of 0.5-10 ℃/s.When the cooling rate is higher than 20 ℃/s,the microstructure of X100 pipeline steel mainly consists of bainitic ferrite(BF).Martensite(M)forms in the steel with the cooling rate higher than 50 ℃/s.
