【摘要】 介入治疗是晚期肝癌的主要治疗手段,术后随访中及时、准确评价疗效是手术取得良好疗效的重要保证。目前对于术后评价的影像学检查主要依赖于超声、核医学、CT和MRI,磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)为肝癌术后评价的研究提供了新的检查手段,弥补了其他检查方法的不足。本文针对各种影像学检查方法在肝癌术后评价中的应用,尤其是DWI的应用现状进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Interventional therapy is the main treatment of advanced liver cancer.Timely following-up and accurate evaluation after interventional therapy is of important value for good clinical efficacy.At present,imaging evaluation mostly depends on the ultrasound,nuclear medicine,CT and MRI.Diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) provides a new examination for evaluation of liver cancer,which makes up for the deficiency of other examinations.The application of a variety of imaging methods in evaluation of liver cancer,particularly the DWI,were reviewed in this article.更多还原
