【摘要】 目的探讨颈静脉球窝高位的CT特点及其发生的影响因素。方法分别筛选100例颈静脉球窝高位患者和100名正常者,回顾性分析年龄、性别、乳突气化等因素对颈静脉球窝高位发生的影响,同时观察其CT表现。结果两组资料年龄、乳突气化情况和侧别差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01),两组性别差异无统计学意义(P=0.78)。结论成人、乳突气化欠佳、右侧发生对颈静脉球窝高位发生有显著性影响,而性别则无显著性影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe CT features and influencing factors of high jugular bulb(HJB).Methods One hundred patients with HJB and 100 normals were enrolled.The influencing factors,including age,gender and mastoid gasification,etc.of HJB were retrospectively analyzed;CT characteristics of HJB were also observed.Results There was significant difference in age,mastoid gasification and location(all P<0.01),but no significant difference was found in gender(P=0.78) in HJB patients.Conclusion Age,poor mastoid gasification and right side have obvious influence on the occurrence of HJB,while gender does not.更多还原
