【Abstract】 Tight junction is located in the top side of the gap of adjacent cells, which is critical for the maintenance of the epidermis and the choice of endothelial cell permeability barrier function. There are two main functions of tight junction: regulatory function of permeability and the maintenance of cell polarity. This paper reviews the latest research of the protein composition of tight junctions, signal conditioning of the tight junctions assembly, interactions and regulatory mechanisms of composed proteins and the significance in life, which may be related to the theoretical basis for the treatment of certain diseases.更多还原
