氰戊菊酯对小鼠运动能力及抗疲劳能力的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨氰戊菊酯对小鼠运动能力及抗疲劳能力的影响。方法将80只昆明种小鼠(由济宁医学院动物中心提供),雌雄各半;观察1周后,随机抽出40只作为第1批实验动物,其余为第2批实验动物,第1批小鼠用于负重游泳试验;第2批小鼠摘除眼球取血,分别测定各组动物血浆葡萄糖(blood sugar,BS)、乳酸(lactic acid,LD)浓度。每批再随机分为4组,高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组和1个对照组。染毒组分别给予27.2 mg/kg、13.6 mg/kg、6.8 mg/kg氰戊菊酯灌胃染毒,每次灌胃量为0.1 ml,每2天染毒1次,连续4次。结果与对照组比较,高、中、低剂量染毒组小鼠的游泳时间均明显缩短、BS浓度下降、LD浓度升高,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论氰戊菊酯可使小鼠血浆BS浓度下降、LD浓度升高、负重游泳试验缩短,从而使小鼠运动能力及抗疲劳能力下降。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of fenvalerate on the functions of motion and anti-fatigue in mice.Methods Mouse were randomly divided into two groups,and every group were redivided into 3 poisoning groups and 1 control group.Fenvalerate poisoning groups were redivided into high,middle and low dose poisoning subgroups.Each group were poisoned with different doses of fenvalerate The plasma concentrations of blood sugar(BS),lactic acid(LD),and the swimming experiment time were measured after poisoning.Results Compared with control group,the plasma concentration of BS was decreased significantly(P<0.05),the plasma concentrations of LD increased significantly(P<0.05),and the swimming experiment time shortened obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion Fenvalerate could induced the functions of motion and anti-fatigue in mice.
