【摘要】 目的探讨MSCTA腹部血管成像中对比剂的注射速率对腹部动脉成像的影响。方法 40例受检者采用德国Siemens双源CT扫描仪(Somatom Definition)和Medrad Stellant双筒高压注射器,注射对比剂优维显370(Ultravist,370 mgI/ml),按注射速率3.0 ml/s、5.0 ml/s分A、B两组,各20例,保持每位检查者碘总量一致,即390 mgI/kg体重。双盲式观察,描绘腹主动脉的时间密度曲线,分析强化峰值(Peak Contrast En-hancement)、强化峰值时间(Time To Peak),利用曲线计算腹主动脉强化CT值在200 HU以上的起始时间(Tb200)及持续时间(T200)。结果腹主动脉强化峰值随着注射速率的提高而增高,B组明显高于A组(P<0.05);强化峰值时间B组快于A组(P<0.05);Tb200比较,A组较B组要慢(P<0.05);T200比较,A组较B组要长(P<0.05)。结论在MSCTA腹部血管成像中,在碘总量及对比剂浓度一致时,注射速率为5.0 ml/s较3.0 ml/s有助于提高腹部动脉的成像效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study an impact of contrast agent injection rate on abdominal artery imaging with MSCT.Methods 40 examinees were divided into A(3.0ml/s)and B(5.0ml/s)groups equally according to injecting rate,and underwent contrast enhancement examination with spiral CT(Siemens Somatom definition)and injected the contrast agent(Ultravist,370mgI/ml)with twin tube syringe(Medrad Stellant),keeping iodine all quantity being 390 mgI/kg consistently.The time-density curves were obtained;Peak CT value and Time to Peak of the abdominal aorta contrast enhancement were observed and analyzed using Double-blind method.The enhancement initiation time(CT value above 200HU,Tb200),duration time(CT value above 200 HU,T200)of the abdominal aorta were calculated with the time-density curves.Results The peak value of group A was lower than that of group B(P<0.05).The time to peak of group B was faster than that of group A(P<0.05).The enhancement initiation time(Tb200)of group A was slower than that of group B(P<0.05).The duration time(T200)of group A was longer than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion In the conditions of total iodine and contrast agent concentration,the injection rate can help to improve the effectiveness of abdominal artery imaging.更多还原
