【摘要】 目的评价盆底肌电刺激治疗儿童神经性尿频的临床效果。方法临床表现为白天尿频的患儿17例,男12例,女5例,年龄3~5岁。尿常规检查排除泌尿系感染,排泄性膀胱尿道造影及B超检查排除泌尿系畸形,尿流动力学检查所有患儿存在逼尿肌无抑制收缩。应用盆底肌电刺激治疗进行治疗。结果治疗3~5天后,15例排尿间隔在2 h以上,随访3个月无复发,2例无效。尿流动力学检查表明15例逼尿肌无抑制收缩消失,1例逼尿肌无抑制收缩减轻,1例无变化。与治疗前比较,治疗后神经性尿频患儿膀胱容量、膀胱顺应性明显增加(P<0.05),但功能性尿道长度无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论盆底肌电刺激可抑制逼尿肌的收缩,增加膀胱容量,从而达到治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effects of electrical stimulating pelvic floor musles to treat psychogenic urinary frequence in children.Methods There were 17 children with day time urinary frequence(male:12 cases,females:5 cases,age:3~5 years old).Infection and malformation were excluded by urinary retine detection,voiding cystoureterography and ultrasonography.Urodynamic found detrusor unstability in all patients.All patients were treated by electrical stimulating pelvic floor musles pulse rate:10Hz,pulse width:200μs,pulse intensity:6~8mA.They were trained for 15 minutes every day.Results 15 patients had good results after 3~5days treatment.Micturition intervals were above 2 hours.They were followed up for 3 months and had normal micturition without recurrence.2 cases had no change.The bladder volume and bladder compliance after treatment was better than before treatment(P<0.05),but length of functional urethra wasn’t remarkable change(P>0.05).Conclusion Electrical stimulating pelvic floor musles has good effects to psychogenic urinary frequence in children.更多还原
