【摘要】 目的:制备阿司匹林凝胶剂。方法:以卡波姆水凝胶为基质制备阿司匹林凝胶剂,采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。结果:阿司匹林在280nm处有最大吸收,在16～80μg/ml浓度与吸收度线性关系良好。含量测定平均回收率为99.85%,RSD=1.2%(n=3)。结论:阿司匹林凝胶剂性质稳定,制备简单,易于质量控制,适用于医院配制及临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To prepare asprin gel.Method The carbormor hydrogel has been chosen to make asprin gel.And the HPLC method was employed to determine the content.Results Asprin gel showed a maximum absorbance at 280 nm in solution and a good liner relationship with absorbance over the range of 16 ～ 80 μg/ml.Conclusion Asprin gel is stable and with convenient usage as the advantage,easy to control,which means a reliable and proper preparation for the hospital and it is a useful medicine for clinic.更多还原
