【摘要】 目的:研究维持性血液透析患者深静脉置管的常见并发症,总结护理对策;方法:收集105例深静脉置管维持血液透析治疗的患者,观察导管使用期间的常见并发症。结果:105例患者中,出血血肿6例、导管堵塞6例、导管相关感染15例、穿刺点局部湿疹样皮损5例,分别占5.71%、5.71%、14.29%、4.76%,其中导管相关感染发生率最高。结论:通过了解深静脉置管常见的并发症,适时给予相应的护理干预,保证血液透析的顺利进行,有利于减轻患者的痛苦,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore complications of deep venous catheterization in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and summary nursing care.Methods 105 cases of deep venous catheter hemodialysis patients,observed a common complication during catheter use.Results In 105 cases of patients,complications included bleeding and hematoma(6 cases),catheter blockage(6 cases),catheter-related infection(15 cases),eczema-like lesions localized puncture point(5 cases),and its incidence rate distinguishes to 5.71%,5.71%,14.29%,4.76%.The most common complications are catheter-related infection.Conclusion Understand the complication during using catheter,which can be advantageous to exaltation treatment effect,and improve live quality of patients.更多还原
