【摘要】 目的:探讨双胎妊娠心力衰竭的原因、诊断、处理及预防措施。方法:回顾性分析3例双胎妊娠心力衰竭患者的临床资料。结果:3例患者经积极强心、利尿、扩血管,控制心力衰竭后及时终止妊娠治疗,母婴结局良好。结论:双胎妊娠属高危妊娠,并发症较多,孕期需加强监护,补充营养,注意血容量的变化,避免心力衰竭的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the reason,diagnosis,treatment and preventive measures of heart failure in twin pregnancy.Method Clinical data of twin pregnancy cases with heart failure were retrospective analyzed.Results After reinforcing myocardial contractility,diuresis and enlarging vascular treatment,3 patients controlled heart failure and ended pregnancy timely.Mothers and children got good results.Conclusion Twin pregnancy is high-risk pregnancy,with more complications,the pregnancies should strengthen monitoring,add nutrition,pay attention to the changes of blood volume,strict control of drug compatibility and incompatibility,avoid heart failure.更多还原
