【摘要】 目的:探讨普外科手术患者术前焦虑心理护理的效果。方法:选择普外科手术患者95例,随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组按术前常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施心理护理措施。结果:观察组术前与入院相比SAS分值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组术前与入院相比SAS分值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术前观察组与对照组相比较SAS分值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:心理护理对减轻手术焦虑是有效的,对手术顺利进行时有意义的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the effects of psychological nursing of general surgical operative patients with preoperative anxiety.Methods 95 cases of patients who received general surgical operation from Mar.2008 till Oct.2009 were selected for falling into two groups(Observation Group and Control Group) randomly.Preoperative routine nursing was performed upon Control Group with psychological nursing measures taken for Observation Group on the basis of routine nursing.Results Observation Group SAS values were significantly different from admission(P<0.01);Preoperative Control Group SAS values were not significantly different from admission(P>0.05);Preoperative Observation Group SAS values were significantly different from Control Group(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological nursing was curative for lessening operative anxiety and meaningful for smooth performance of operation.更多还原
