【摘要】 目的:观察腰硬联合麻醉用于剖宫产术的效果。方法:200例择期剖宫产孕产妇随机分为两组,A组采用腰硬联合麻醉,B组为单纯硬膜外麻醉。观察两组产妇的麻醉起效时间、新生儿出生后1 min Agar评分、麻醉前后的血压心率变化和麻醉期间的不良反应。结果:A组的麻醉起效时间、麻醉效果及不良反应三方面比较,均优于B组,两组有显着性差异。结论:腰硬联合麻醉起效快,镇痛、肌松完善,对产妇、新生儿安全性与有效性高,不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the anesthetic effectious of the eidural anesthesiaand the combined sinal and eidural anesthesia used cesarean section.Methods Selected 200 maternal selective cesarean section were randomly divided into twogrous which were the combined sinaland eidural anesthesia grou andcontinuous eidural anesthesia grou.Comared the onset time,drugs sideeffetions mother.Infant’s situation and so on.Results The 0nsel time,the quantity ofanesthetics of the grou CEA were obviously different from the grou CSEA(P<0.05),the changes in blood ressure and heart rate before and after anesthesia andAgar score were no obviously different from the two grous(P>0.05),the sideeflfctions in the grou CSEA and the grou CEA were 5.2%and 16.1%,there wereobviously difierent from the two grous(P<0.05).Conclusion There were the raidiyerfect anaesthesia under the womb loosen result by using low dose of buivecainecombined with CSEA,it had well anesthesia effectlon and safiy.更多还原
