【摘要】 目的:探讨人文关怀护理在三叉神经痛(TN)患者MRI检查中的价值。方法:45例TN患者均进行高分辨率三维MRI扫描,人文关怀分别在三维MRI检查前、中及后进行。结果:通过对TN患者进行有效的人文关怀,减轻了患者的不良心理,从而获得了满意的MRI图像。结论:有效的人文关怀有利于顺利完成MRI检查,具有良好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of humanistic care in MRI examination of the patients with trigeminal neuralgia(TN).Method Forty-five patients with TN underwent high-resolution 3D MRI.The humanistic cares were applied to patients with TN before,during and after MRI examinations.Results Humanistic care obviously reduced the incidence of psychological adverse reactions.Diagnostic-quality 3D MRI with the legible trigeminal nerve and offending vessel was obtained in all the cases.Conclusion Humanistic care can make for achievement of MRI examination of the patients with TN.更多还原
