【摘要】 目的:探讨可调钠透析对维持性血液透析患者透析相关低血压的影响。方法:选择34例血液透析患者,随机分别采用常规透析(CHD)、可调钠透析(PHD)两种模式,每组分别透析510例次,比较透析时出现低血压症状出现的例次数。结果:CHD和PHD出现低血压的发生率分别为(12.8±0.4)%、(5.3±0.2)%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:可调钠透析可有效降低维持性血液透析患者低血压的发生率,提高血液透析的耐受性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of sodium dialysis on maintenance hemodialysis patients with dialysis-related hypotension.Method Total 34 cases of hemodialysis patients were randomized divided into two kinds of modes,the conventional dialysis(CHD) and sodium dialysis(PHD),each mode dialyzed 510 times,respectively.The cases of having hypotension symptoms were compared.Results The incidence of hypotension in CHD and PHD were(12.8±0.4)% and(5.3±0.2)%,respectively,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Sodium dialysis can effectively reduce the incidence of hypotension in the maintenance hemodialysis patients,and improve the hemoialysis tolerance.更多还原
