【摘要】 目的:探讨子宫输卵管碘水造影对不孕症的临床X线诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析两家医院1 146例不孕症患者子宫输卵管碘水造影的临床X线表现。结果:输卵管阻塞和输卵管通而不畅848例(74.0%);子宫异常145例(12.7%);子宫、输卵管均正常153例(13.3%)。输卵管异常以输卵管炎症最多见,818例,占96.5%;子宫异常以宫腔炎症最多见,64例,占44.1%。结论:子宫输卵管碘水造影有特征表现,对不孕症患者具有诊断价值,也有一定的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical and radiological diagnostic value of hystero-salpingography(HSG) with uitravist for sterile patients.Method The clinical and radiological findings of uitravist which were used in HSG for 1 146 sterile patients in two hospitals were analyzed retrospectively.Results The occlusion and partial occlusion of oviducts were 848 cases(74.0%),uterine abnormalities were 145 cases(12.7%),both of uterus and oviduct were normal in 153 cases(13.3%).The salpingitis of 818 cases(96.5%) was the most in oviduct abnormalities.Intrauterine inflammation of 64 cases(44.1%) was the most in uterine abnormalities.Conclusion HSG with uitravist has the characteristics in the diagnostic value and some therapeutic significance for sterile patients.更多还原
