【摘要】 目的:探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)治疗下肢大面积皮肤软组织缺损的观察及护理要点。方法:对11例下肢皮肤撕脱伤巨大软组织缺损创面患者术前进行有针对性地并发症观察和心理护理,完善术前准备,术后严密病情监测,重点是加强对负压封闭引流的管理。结果:全部11例患者经过一次或多次清创+取植皮术+负压封闭吸引,治疗后创面均无感染,创区皮片存活,愈合良好,无并发症发生,治愈后出院。结论:应用负压封闭引流技术治疗下肢大面积皮肤软组织缺损患者安全,疗效满意。而围术期的精心护理,尤其是加强封闭式负压引流的管理和创面护理是封闭式负压引流治疗成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the main point of nursing care of large area skin and soft tissue deficiency of lower limbs with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD).Method Targeted pre-operative complications were observed and psychological care of VSD to 11 cases with large area skin and soft tissue deficiency in the lower limbs was performed.Results All 11 cases underwent one or more times of debridement and check skin surgery with VSD,with no wound infection,healed well,no complications occurred,cured and discharged.Conclusion Application of vacuum sealing drainage technique in the treatment of lower limb large area of skin and soft tissue defects is safe,and with satisfactory efficacy.And careful perioperative care,especially in enhancing the vacuum-assisted closure wound care management and vacuum-assisted closure therapy are the key to success.更多还原
