【摘要】 目的:探讨残胃癌的临床特征及手术治疗效果。方法:回顾分析我院2000年2月~2004年5月收治的30例残胃癌的临床资料。结果:30例患者28例手术治疗,根治性切除15例,姑息性切除6例,单纯探查7例,未手术和单纯探查者均于3~6个月内死亡;姑息性切除者分别存活9~13个月;根治性切除术后1、3、5年生存率分别为86.7%、46.7%、26.7%。结论:残胃癌早期症状不典型,争取早期诊断,行根治性手术是治疗本病的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical features and surgical effect of gastric stump carcinoma.Method The clinical data of 30 cases with gastic stump carcinoma in our hospital from February 2000 to May 2004 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Twenty-eight cases underwent operation,in which 15 cases underwent radical operation,6 cases palliative operation,7 cases simple exploration.The patients without operation or with simple exploration died within 3～6 months.The patients underwent palliative operation survived 9～13 months.The postoperative survival rate of 1,3 and 5 years were 86.7%,46.7% and 26.7%,respectively in cases with radical resction.Conclusion No specific symptoms are identified in the early period of gastric stump carcinome.Early diagnosis and radical resection are effective methods to treat gastric stump carcinome.更多还原
