运动技能教学改革的异位与回归研究

【摘要】 伴随着我国基础教育体育课程改革,关于"运动技能学习"的理论与教学,出现了"淡化论"与"强化论"两种争论。两种观点在运动技能内涵理解上存在差异,导致了教学实践层面混乱。同时由于我国对于"运动技能学习"的理论研究尚不深入,因此,需要对运动技能学习的理论做进一步的探讨,为解决"争论"提供理论上的支撑。通过从运动生理学、心理学等学科对运动技能分类方法的研究,从人的自身运动发展特点出发,依据学习者对动作掌握的熟练程度,将运动技能划分为"基础类运动技能"、"专门类运动技能"和"专项类运动技能"三个层次,提出"金字塔结构",并对三个层次之间的关系、特征等作出界定。希望"金字塔结构"理论可以指导不同学段运动技能的学习,为运动项目的教学内容改造提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 With the reformation of the P.E.courses in our basic education,the argument about the theory and teaching of motor learning divers into to directions:the theory of dilution and the enhanced.Differences in the understanding of the connotation of the "motor learning" in the two theories lead to the confusion in the P.E.teaching.With the deficiency in the theory of motor learning in our country at present,we should probe more deeply into it with more researches and investigation so as to provide theoretic support to settle down the argument.Based on the research on the means of classification to motor skills by athletic physiology,psychology and its formation,starting with the characteristics of human motion and the learners’ proficiency of the motion,we come out with theory of" pyramid structure" which divides motor skill into three levels:basic motor skill,special motor skill and specialize motor skill.At the same time,we define the relationship among the three levels and their characteristics respectively with the hope that this pyramid structure theory can offer directions to the motor learning at different stages and provide theoretic basis for the content transformation of P.E.education.
